Indications: used as an expectorant and emollient during upper respiratory system infections.
Contraindications: increased sensitivity to organic medicines.
Instructions for use: put 1–2 tablespoons of leaves in a dishware, pour 200ml (1 cup)of boiled water. Heat it for 15 minutes with a closed cover on a boiling-water bath. Afterwards, turn off the heat then cool and filter the infusion. Drain the water from the leaves. Fill the tincture with a boiled water up to 200 ml.
Dosage: have 1 teaspoonful of tincture 4–6 times a day before meals.
